Our offer also includes a wide portfolio of accessories, which are always fully compatible with your chosen covering. We produce all flashings, including bespoke flashings to your design in accordance with the construction drawings and the contractor's specifications.
Coils and Flat Sheet
COMAX® offers painted and natural (unpainted) versions of coils and signs made of aluminum and galvanized steel. The range includes high quality double-sided coated sheet coils and boards of various finishes and shades with the possibility of customized coil rewinding according to the customer's needs.
All material coated with the Coil Coating system is supplied by the parent company METAL TRADE COMAX, a.s.
Coils
Lacquered coils of our production show high resistance to UV radiation, chemical and corrosion resistance and last but not least they are coated with a quality protective film against scratches. We continuously perform laboratory quality tests such as coating thickness, solvent resistance, cracking resistance and coating adhesion test.
Flat Sheets
We offer flat sheet in standard dimensions, but also custom cut sheets are supplied with precise cutouts according to each customer's specification. We adhere to the standard for double-sided painting both in paint application and in the correct zinc layer. COMAX painted aluminium and steel material is not only used in the construction industry, but is also used for the production of blinds, swimming pools and garage doors.
Flashing elements
COMAX® joists meet the Czech Republic's requirements for double-sided painted material according to ČSN 73 3610. This standard sets out the principles for the selection, design and use of all plumbing structures. Custom sheet metal bending according to customer requirements up to 6 m: material aluminium up to 2 mm, steel up to 1.50 mm.

Permeable elements and ventilation
We offer permeable elements and ventilation for all types of our roofs.
Ventilated round comb
The element produced by us serves to ventilate the roof sheeting on your COMAX Tile Roof. We manufacture from high-quality aluminum alloy with a thickness of 1 mm in the shade of your roof.
Chimneys, areators
In our offer, you will find stainless steel vents for the ventilation of attics and loft spaces. We paint chimneys in matt shades compatible with roof coverings with a diameter of 100 mm and 125 mm. We also offer ventilation aerators for all types of coverings.
Ventilation Z-bar
We offer a complete system for ventilating the roof sheeting in the form of a perforated ventilation strip, which is usually fitted with a bent ridge. We produce the bent Z bar in two material variants and in two sizes in shade 7016. The use of the Z bar always depends on the needs of the roof sheeting. The material and dimensional variants are as follows. FeZn 0.60mm: height 40mm and 60mm. Al 1.00mm: height 40mm and 60mm.
Eaves Mesh
This protective perforated mesh used to protect against birds, rodents and insects is a double-sided lacquered aluminium ventilation grid that protects the airgap into the roof buildup. It is thus an invaluable safety element for your roof and house. We produce this mesh in two shades, lacquered on both sides, from aluminium sheet 0.70 mm thick and 100 mm high. RAL Variant 7016/8017 or 3009/8004. The mesh is packed in a practical transport box of 20 lm.
Safety features
Correctly selected safety elements are very important for the proper functionality of the roof covering. If you are in a remote area Snow barriers are one of them. We will suggest the quantity and location according to the shape of the roof area and the map of snow areas. In our offering, you will find a comprehensive range of snow barriers for all types of our coverings, which will reliably protect your roof and its surroundings from falling snow and ice.

We offer high-quality screws and fixings in the colour of the covering and with a long service life.
Farmer screws
The farmer screws we offer for direct anchoring of sheet metal roofing are provided with a guarantee of functionality:
- Bimetallic screws with a 50 year warranty
- Steel screws with a 20 year warranty
We also offer anchoring through the top wave (priority use for trapezoidal sheet metal) with steel and stainless steel screws.
Anchoring for hidden joints in the case of KLIK systems in stainless steel with flat head fitted with TORX system.
Foils and Membranes
We offer high quality films and backing strips from leading manufacturers, which are always provided with a self-adhesive bond.

Backing strips
An integral part of the roof structure when using full-supported metal sheeting.

The strips eliminate unevenness of the boarded backing and reduce thermal transformation (rate of thermal change of the material)
