COMAX Falc
The proven method of classic double standing seam falc is nowadays again a very popular and increasingly used method of covering all types of roofs and structures. Thanks to modern architecture, covering pitched roofs and facades in this way is becoming a very aesthetic solution with an emphasis on functional prerequisites even in the most demanding mountain conditions.
The production of Comax FALC roofing shingles is carried out according to a tailor-made laying plan for each roof. COMAX® Roofing also offers the loan of a Schlebach profiling line directly on site, where we can extend the production of slats up to 15,000 mm using matching sliding extensions with longer sliding paths. ´
PROFILLING MACHINE - BUILDING A STANDING GROOVE
Professional machine for the production of COMAX Falc standing seam roofing from painted and natural (unpainted) material according to the dimensions and lengths specified in the laying plan, with a developed width of 600 and 620 mm. Manual drive of the cross-cutting, possibility of profiling the roofing seams from the roll or precise sheet metal fitting according to the roof parameters. The smaller line size makes it ideal for profiling COMAX Falc roofing directly on the roof surface.

Timeless and very durable metal roofing, which reliably withstands years of weathering, is suitable for simple bungalow and house construction thanks to its straightforward standing seam design. Thanks to its perfect design, the hollow groove becomes an aesthetic element for cladding pitched roofs as well as the facades of houses and commercial buildings, where it is practically always in sight.
Thanks to its light weight, it is also a suitable solution for renovations of old roofs and roof trusses, as it significantly reduces the overall renovation costs. It is made to measure according to the exact requirements of the building, making it the optimal economic option for many buildings with an emphasis on perfect aesthetic effect. As the name COMAX Klik 31 suggests, it is really easy to install and therefore time-saving.
The roofing system has additional rollers for changing the sheet structure. The smooth appearance can thus be enriched by micro-profiling and a central moulding, which, in addition to the aesthetic aspect, has the effect of stiffening the profile in the area. Furthermore, the roofing can be fitted with "ANTISOUND" - an anti-noise film reducing sound and vibration in rain and wind, which further acts as an anti-condensation layer.

The production of COMAX VLNKA corrugated structural sheet in infinite designs with the possibility of fine-tuning the thickness and shade takes place in Velvari. The lengths of the roofing strips are profiled to suit the building or investor's requirements with lengths up to 6,000 mm for both aluminium and steel sheet.
COMAX Trapezoidal
Trapezoidal sheets belong to traditional building elements, which are mainly used for roofing larger roof areas of agricultural or industrial buildings. In most cases, trapezoidal sheeting with a higher profile is the basic structural element. Other applications for trapezoidal profiles of various sizes include façade panels, wall profiles, soffits, lost formwork, fences, etc.
COMAX® Roofing currently manufactures 4 types of trapezoidal profiles and all of these profiles are suitable for pitched roofs. The trapezoidal profile often finds its application as a facade panel for cladding larger areas of manufacturing, commercial and agricultural buildings, where anti-condensation film can be applied to prevent dripping from the roof area and eliminate airborne moisture.
